I'll fight to get the remote... or fall off the couch trying!
Ali and Cole were fighting each over for the remote. Cole fell over the back of the couch, tried to catch himself with his wrist and broke it in the process :)
Sounds like his dad who fell or jumped off - I think it was jumped a couch when he was about 5 and stood up with two wrists. He didn't get out of school either. Make sure everytone signs the cast, Cole - do they still use casts?
Maquel told me you guys had a blog. Why didn't I know this? That's it. Next time I come to your house, no pajamas for you. I'm wearing a dress and heels.
Mom already alluded to this, but all I could say when the kids told me was, "Like father, like son." I think Michael was pretending to be Superman and jumping off the back of the couch if I remember right. Hope you get lots of girl sympathy out of this, Cole!
Okay, that's not the story, Cole wanted to get the remote for me, thought he could reach it by reaching over the back of the couch (it was behind us and about 5 feet away). Lost his balance fell put his arm out in front of him fell ON his wrist and broke it... this is the truth, I was there
Sad! He's going to have to come up with a better story than that for school. ;)
