Ward Easter Egg Hunt

Just founds these pics on my camera.  It's our wards Easter egg hunt at a community park near our home.  Ali was home sick that day with an awful stomach bug that seemed to hit a new kid each weekend for a month.  Yuck. 

I asked her to smile.  This is what I got.

Eew.  Some of the eggs with jelly beans inside had ants too.  Yuck!

Ends up that I was driving behind the google maps street view car, while it was taking pics of Pecan Street here in Pflugerville... so if you see a white minivan... that's me!

Truck cut me off before I got a pic, but found this one online that looks just like it.

I'm okay with being a dork about this.  Cheap thrill... for me at least.

Rolling Bubbes

Macy has these freak bubbles that don't (usually) pop when they hit the ground and even will roll around on the carpet when you blow on them! (Of course the first two attempts pop)  Beware, it's kind of hard to see them in the video... them being see through and all :)

WOO HOO Mikey!!!

Mike took the final test necessary to make his temporary Texas teaching license permanent (passed with a 96%).  Nice going, Mikey!

A Tree or a Praying Mantis? You decide.

Macy desperately wanted decoration in her room like Ali and Cole had.  I had brown packaging wrap, tissue paper, yarn and a stapler and made this.  I realized after the fact that the trunk needs to be a bit thicker.  Looks a bit like a praying mantis.  Scary.  Now that's all I can see... :)  Macy loves it.
